Former Fergus Falls Teacher Sentenced for Child Pornography

FERGUS FALLS, Minn. — A former Fergus Falls substitute teacher has been sentenced on child pornography charges. Joshua Noble, 39, is sentenced to five years in prison and he must pay $26,000 in restitution. He must also pay $5,000 in a special assessment to the Domestic Trafficking Victims Fund.
