Moorhead voters to decide on 10-year capital projects levy for school projects, upgrades

MOORHEAD (KFGO) – The Moorhead Area Public Schools’ Board is putting a capital projects levy on the Nov. 5 ballot. If passed, the levy would generate around $4.3 million annually over 10 years to address technology, facility, curriculum, and transportation needs across the district.
