Moorhead attorney hired to determine if lawsuit will be filed in arrest of woman in Fargo fraud investigation
FARGO (KVRR-KFGO) – A local attorney says he and a Twin Cities criminal defense lawyer are representing a Tennessee woman as she considers the filing of a lawsuit against the City of Fargo. Dane DeKrey with Ringstrom DeKrey in Moorhead says he and St. Paul attorney Eric Rice have been hired to look into a potential lawsuit from Angela Lipps….
