BLOC Apartments Holds Ribbon Cutting, Open House
The 126-unit complex has already had some of its commercial space filled by Duane's House of Pizza and Pop's Soda Shack.
FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – Fargo’s newest apartment complex held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to show off the transformation of the property. BLOC, at 1621 University Drive South, is in the spot of the former strip mall that used to house the Duane’s House of Pizza location. Duane’s has now moved into one of the commercial spaces underneath the 126 apartment units….
