Hel’s Fury Wraps Up Second Successful Iteration
Organizers say the tattoo festival drew in more artists and attendees than it did last year.
FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) – The biggest tattoo festival around is just finishing up its second installment. Hel’s Fury brought over 80 tattoo artists to Brewhalla this weekend.
