Bismarck man charged in nationwide health care fraud investigation
FARGO (KFGO) – Acting U.S. Attorney Jennifer Klemetsrud-Puhl has announced criminal charges against Isaac Osei Afoakwa, 55, of Bismarck in connection with an alleged scheme to defraud Medicaid.
