Man Arrested Two Years After Assaulting His Girlfriend at a Perham House Party
PERHAM, Minn. (KVRR/KFGO) — An Otter Tail County man accused of assaulting his girlfriend two years ago has finally been caught. 29-year-old Jose Pena of Perham was taken into custody Sunday and made his first court appearance Monday.
