ND Tax Commissioner to Plead Guilty in Drunk Driving Case

  BISMARCK, ND — North Dakota Tax Commissioner Ryan Rauschenberger is pleading guilty to a charge of drunk driving. Rauschenberger was arrested during a traffic stop on September 30.
