New rifle deer hunting zone approved for eastern parts of Clay County
MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — Clay County Commissioners unanimously approve an area where hunters can use rifles to hunt deer. It is based on Minnesota DNR deer permit boundaries in areas 666 and 239.
