Minot-based ‘Rocky’s’ to take over former Taco John’s in south Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A Minot fast food restaurant is coming to Fargo. Rocky’s Burgers, Franks and Fries will replace the former Taco John’s along 32nd Avenue South.
