LAMOURE COUNTY, N.D. (KVRR) — A Florida man is arrested after leading authorities on a high-speed pursuit through LaMoure County. North Dakota Highway Patrol says a trooper tried to pull over a car driven by 33-year-old Serry Busbee from Pensacola for speeding.
