ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP)–Authorities say a St. Cloud police officer was shot and wounded while struggling to arrest a suspect. Police say the officers were trying to detain the 18-year-old man shortly after midnight Monday and he resisted arrest, drew a handgun and fired a shot that hit the officer in the hand.
