North Dakota Legislature considering bills that would increase taxes on tobacco

BISMARCK, N.D. — North Dakota Legislature is considering a bill that would increase taxes on tobacco products. Senate Minority Leader Kathy Hogan of Fargo is the sponsor of the bill.
