CASS COUNTY, N.D. (KVRR) — Authorities had to use a PIT maneuver to stop a driver going the wrong way on I-29 around 11 o’clock Monday night. They were able to stop 30-year-old Trevor Christensen of Dilworth about two miles south of Grandin.
