Fire at Tri-State Paving in Grand Forks
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KVRR) — Grand Forks Fire Department responds to Tri-State Paving for a fire in an asphalt processing plant. It happened shortly before 1:00 p.m. at 2250 North 69thth Street.
