Plans Announced For Veterans Memorial Center To Be Built at Fargo National Cemetery

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — State and local dignitaries announce a community plan to develop a Veterans Memorial Center at Fargo National Cemetery. The plan comes after talks of building a facility for the honor guards on duty during the cold and rainy weather.
