FARGO (KFGO/KVR) – Fargo Police say a 36-year-old moderate-risk sex offender has become non-compliant and his whereabouts are not known. An arrest warrant has been issued for Weston Calvert. Calvert was convicted in 2017 of luring a minor by computer in Ward County District Court in Minot. Anyone with information on Calvert should not approach or attempt to apprehend him….
