Moorhead Man Gets 45 Days in Jail for Tattooing Minors

A Moorhead man is headed to jail for 45 days for illegally provided tattoos to minors.
 
Ralph Curiel pleaded guilty to four misdemeanors.

As part of a plea agreement, eight additional charges were dropped.

Prosecutors say Curiel used a professional tattoo gun and provided the tattoos in his Moorhead apartment.

Curiel must also pay restitution for victims who want the tattoos removed.
