The community is rallying behind a Moorhead man who is recovering from a surgery that left him paralyzed from the waist down.
More than 300 people came to support Randy Hogenson at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Moorhead.
The Spaghetti Feed and Silent Auction will help pay for his medical expenses.
Randy had major surgery on his back in October last year and returned last Thursday from a hospital in Colorado.
“Speechless, this is the proof I have always said don’t burn bridges cause you’re going to have a lot of friends and relatives you know. Help who you can and stuff, and it’ll pay off and it has,” said Hogenson.
Hogenson is planning on getting back on his feet with the help of his friends and family.
