Wahpeton Manufacturer Cuts Employee Hours

A Wahpeton-based farm equipment manufacturer is cutting its employees’ hours.

Wil-Rich has around 80 production employees.

A company co-owner says those employees will have their work week cut in half, to 20 hours a week.

He cites the slowdown in the farm economy as the reason for the cuts.

Wil-Rich has been producing farm tillage equipment for more than 50 years.
