Moorhead Woman Spreads Positivity
A Moorhead woman who used to be homeless is now spreading positive messages in Fargo.
Jessica Jackson stood on Broadway in downtown Fargo with a sign.
The sign said people can vent to her and hug her.
Throughout the day she listened and gave hugs to many.
She says she wants people to know that life does have rough patches, but it always gets better.
“I think people forget including myself I forget all the time. When I’m extremely frustrated, I just want to go straight to the mental hospital or to call my therapist up and you know i don’t have to do that,” said Jackson.
“Fargo I think it’s great. Honestly it’s, you know something she’s doing out of her free time. She ain’t expecting any money or anything out of it. She just wants to help people be happy,” said Asa Davis of Fargo.
Monday was Jessica’s day off of work.
