Gate City Bank Robbery

The Gate City Bank branch in Fargo is robbed.

Lt. Joel Vettel says it happened around 12:20 p.m. Saturday at 1501 South University Drive.

A man walked into the bank, handed a note to the teller and demanded money. After the teller complied, the robber left on foot with an undetermined amount of money. 

Police set up a perimeter and brought in a canine from Moorhead.

The suspect is described as white, 5-feet-6 to 5-feet-8 inches tall with a thin build. He was wearing blue jeans, a gray pullover hoodie, black gloves and thin-rimmed glasses. No one was hurt.
