Devils Lake Man Blames Sex Advances for Murder

A Devils Lake man claims unwanted sexual advances led him to kill a rural Viking man in March.

Ray Littlewolf, Jr. has pleaded guilty in Warren to manslaughter and felony theft in the death of Ronald Foss.

He could spend 30 years in prison.

Littlewolf says he met Foss at a bus station in Grand Forks and claims Foss made sexual advances towards him after a night of drinking.

Littlewolf says they fought when he attempted to leave Foss’s house and that’s when he grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed him twice.

His sentencing is set for June 16.
