Moorhead Business Supporting Nepal

A new business in the Moorhead Center Mall is doing what they can to support Nepal earthquake victims.

Everest Trekker Gear is selling items made from Nepal to raise money for the earthquake stricken country.

100 percent of the proceeds will go towards relief.
The money will be spent on water filters, tents, blankets, and medical and hygiene supplies.

“We have a large Nepali population here in the Fargo Moorhead area and we want to show our support for them. It’s just our responsibility as Christian brothers and sisters to reach out and do what we can to assist,” said Everest Trekker Gear Manager David Nerud.

Owners will be planning several more Nepali relief sales in the coming weeks.
