Costco Help Local Children
Costco wraps up it’s month long fundraiser for the Children’s Miracle Network.
The store hoped to reach their goal of $25,000 with only $1,500 to go today.
In celebrating the day, cake was distributed to members, Costco cashiers dressed in superhero costumes and Sanford’s Children’s mascot Alfunz also made an appearance.
All donations are going to Sanford’s Children’s Hospital in Fargo.
Costco’s Tom Haas said, “The nice thing about CMN and Sanford’s Children’s clinic is that it’s a local charity, and it’s something we can all get behind and it helps people in our community.”
It is expected that $30,000 will be the final total for Sanford once Costco’s headquarters matches the money raised in West Fargo.
