DETROIT LAKES, Minn. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Detroit Lakes man is in custody after threatening to “take down” law enforcement officers in Becker County.

Prosecutors say Becker County SWAT team assisted in arresting 32-year-old Caleb Fellini at his home on Friday on an outstanding warrant.

After officers unsuccessfully searched for him at a handful of places in Detroit Lakes the day before, prosecutors say Fellini called Becker County dispatch and said things like:

“I want you guys to come find me so I can put you guys down.”

“I’m not here alone and I’m fully armed, I’m gonna get my justice.”

“You aren’t going to catch me but if you do, I’m gonna take one of you out with me.”

He has been charged with threats of violence.

Fellini is also accused of threatening to kill officers back in April.
