Suspect Charged in Bar Fight Appears in Court

One of the four suspects charged in a deadly bar fight in Fargo appears in court.

At his arraignment, the attorney for Jessy Olson asked the judge for more time, which he granted.

Olson will be back in court next month.

Olson and three other men are charged with murder for the beating death of Joey Gaarsland outside Rick’s and Speck’s bars last month.

A benefit for Gaarsland’s family will be held tomorrow night at The Aquarium downtown.
