Domestic Dispute Turns into Hours Long Standoff Near Thief River Falls

Pennington County authorities say a domestic dispute turned into a standoff.

Several agencies surrounded a farmstead this afternoon southeast of Thief River Falls.

Authorities say the woman involved is safe, but they have not been able to contact a man involved.

It is unknown if he has any weapons.
