Man Killed at Bemidji Restaurant Identified
Authorities identify the Bemidji man killed at a restaurant over the weekend.
He is 32-year-old Otoniel Carranza a former worker at Mi Rancho.
They say Carranza forced his way into the restaurant by a back door and started fighting with workers.
He was shot and killed.
Police took the suspect into custody.
A decision on whether to charge the suspect has not yet been made.
