Young Girl Killed in ATV Accident

A 6-year-old girl has died after falling off an ATV driven by her mother in Beltrami County.

Authorities say Skyla Nesvig fell from the ATV on private land in Hines Township around 4 o’clock Monday afternoon.

Family members and first responders tried to revive the girl, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities are investigating.
