Grand Forks Jury Finds Delvin Shaw Guilty of Murder

Delvin Shaw has been found guilty of murder.

It took a jury in Grand Forks just two hours to decide his fate.

Shaw represented himself in court and even grilled his accomplice in the murder and burglary case.

The North Carolina man shot and killed 24 year old Jose Lopez after breaking into his apartment last June.

His accomplice, Dametrian Welch, already pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of facilitating murder and burglary.
