Suicide Closes Down I-35 During Minneapolis Morning Commute
A portion of I-35W near downtown Minneapolis was closed after a woman jumped to her death during the morning commute.
The State Patrol says a witness saw the woman climb a fence and jump from the 46th Street bridge onto southbound lanes around 7 o’clock.
They say the woman struck a Honda SUV and was killed.
The driver of the SUV wasn’t hurt.
Two lanes of the interstate were closed as investigators reconstructed the scene.
