Investigation Continues in Crookston Stabbing

Crookston Police are investigating a stabbing that happened Friday and sent a man to Sanford in Fargo.

They say 68-year-old Gary Anderson was found in the main office of an apartment building with a knife in his chest.

He is listed in stable condition.

Police arrested 52-year-old Brian Mitre of Crookston.

They say a motive for the stabbing isn’t clear and they are continuing to investigate.
