Devils Lake Man Sentenced After Assault At Paul McCartney Concert
A Devils Lake man arrested for assaulting a Fargo man during the Paul McCartney concert last year at the Fargodome is sentenced.
Brad Gardner will have to pay over $400 in uncovered medical bills and reimburse the victim’s concert tickets.
He also served one day in jail and nine days of electronic home monitoring.
The victim says he asked Gardner to be quiet during the concert and he later followed him into the bathroom and slammed his head into an aluminum shelf.
