North Dakota Drivers Beware: Click It or Ticket is Back

“Click It or Ticket” enforcement is coming back to North Dakota.

Tomorrow through July 31, troopers statewide will be taking part in the national Click It or Ticket campaign.

Troopers will use high-visibility enforcement in areas where unbelted serious injury and fatal crashes occur the most.

All safety restraint and child restraint laws will be strictly enforced.

This year, 49 percent of fatal crash victims were not wearing a seat belt.
