Criminal History May Answer Questions in Murder-Suicide in Wells County
We are learning new shocking details about the man involved in an apparent murder-suicide in Wells County earlier this week.
A look at Bradey Wolff’s criminal history shows a rocky road.
In November of 2003, Wolff pleaded guilty to felonious restraint.
Court documents show he abducted his ex-girlfriend at gunpoint in Kidder County.
In April of 2007, a new charge of corruption or solicitation of a minor was filed against Wolff.
The then 24-year-old was accused of having sex with the 15-year-old step-sister of his previous victim.
The 15-year-old told investigators that when she attempted to stop the relationship, Wolff harassed her and threatened to commit suicide.
On Tuesday, Wells County officials tried to serve a protection order against Wolff, but he shot and killed the mother of his young daughter, Samantha Maxwell, before authorities could arrive.
