Two Shootings in Downtown Minneapolis

Authorities say five people were hurt in two downtown Minneapolis shootings several blocks from one another after the bars closed down for the night.

Police say the shooters in Saturday’s attacks remain at-large.

It isn’t known if they are linked but they don’t appear to be random.

The first happened shortly after 2 a.m. near North 4th Street and Hennepin Avenue.

Officers found two wounded males, who were taken to Hennepin County Medical Center. One man was very seriously hurt.

The second attack happened about an hour later nearby. A wounded man and woman had non-life-threatening injuries.

Another man later turned up at a Robbinsdale hospital with non-life-threatening wounds from that attack.
