Dunseith Man Charged with Terrorizing and Assault
A Dunseith man is accused of threatening people with a knife early this morning in Grand Forks.
Police arrested 42-year-old Jeffrey Handeland near a parking lot on South Washington.
They say Handeland threatened two people with a knife in the parking lot and a short time later was witnessed hitting a woman.
He pulled a knife on a bystander who tried to intervene.
Handeland is charged with three counts of terrorizing and one count of assault.
