Fairmount Water Is In the Clear

A boil water order has been lifted for people in Fairmount.

The Department of Health tested two wells that are being used and has deemed the water safe to drink

The city’s water tower was closed after it was damaged by a storm Tuesday night.

The city is now getting water directly from two wells that normally feed the tower.
