Alcohol Options at Bison Football Games?

A new option has surfaced in the debate to serve alcohol in the Fargodome during Bison football games.

There’s been some opposition from the public and members of the city commission to early talks about allowing alcohol only in the 16 suites.

NDSU Athletic Director Matt Larsen said the options being looked include club rooms or beer gardens, space he calls “very secure, in a supervised area.”

Dome Authority President John Paulson said limiting alcohol to only suites is unfair.

A vote could happen next Tuesday but would still need city commission approval.
