Moen Pleads Not Guilty in Fargo Bar Fight Death

A man charged along with three others for the beating death of a man outside two Fargo bars, pleads not guilty.

Scott Moen pleaded not guilty to four counts including murder.

Moen, Jason Oien, Jessy Olson and Nicholas Morris are accused in the beating death of Joey Gaarsland.

He was attacked in the parking lot of Rick’s Bar and Speck’s Bar in May and later died of his injuries.

All four men are being held on one million dollars bail.
