Families Forever Quilt and Garden Show

An outdoor quilt and garden show to raise money for scholarships for young women in our area. We have awarded 17 scholarships in the 8 years. We usually hang about 100 quilts and/or quilted pieces outdoors on the buildings and between trees. There is no entry fee to enter quilts to show. Those attending vote for their favorite quilts. The winning quilt will receive two gift certificates of $50.00 each from Red Pine Quilt Shop in Detroit Lakes and Bay Window Quilt Shop in Perham. We started our show in 2007 in memory of Mary Disse Ballard from Lake Park who died of stomach cancer. Check our website for more information and pictures over the years.
