Get ready for corn on the cob with Cobbers Wednesday, Aug. 19, when Concordia College holds a Corn Feed in Moorhead. The event is for all Concordia alumni, students, parents, friends and prospective students in the area. The Corn Feed is at 5:30 p.m. on the Concordia campus near Prexy’s Pond.

Concordia provides the corn, along with butter, salt and napkins at no charge. Bring whatever else you would like to eat and utensils. Food will also be available for purchase from the Concordia Dining service. For entertainment, there will be inflatable games from Games Galore, a clown from the Fargo Entertainment Company, a barrel train and face painting. Cobber Corn Feeds have become an annual tradition throughout the country. They allow Concordia students, alumni and friends to renew friendships, make new acquaintances and learn more about what is currently happening at the college. There will be 14 corn feeds this July through August held in 9 states.

Concordia College is a four-year liberal arts college of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America offering more than 60 majors, including 15 honors majors and 12 preprofessional programs.
