Fargo Teen Arrested for Car Prowling

A Fargo teen is arrested for car prowling.

Police say 19-year-old Ian Gallagher was caught inside a vehicle that didn’t belong to him near 7th Avenue and 11th Street North just after 3:00am.

Gallagher was arrested on a charge of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.
