Death of Fargo 6 Month Old Ruled a Homicide

The death of a 6-month-old Fargo boy has been ruled a homicide.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner determined Owen Skodje died of complications of blunt force trauma to his head.

Owen was found unresponsive at a West Fargo home daycare in early June.

He was taken to a hospital in Minneapolis where he died the next day.

His organs were donated.

Authorities continue to investigate.

So far, there are no charges in Owen’s death.
