One Hurt, Suspect at Large in Dairy Queen Dilworth Armed Robbery

An armed robber injures a worker last night at Dilworth’s Dairy Queen.

Police say the man entered through an unlocked door around 10:30 and demanded money.

A female employee threw a cash drawer at him and struggled with him before he grabbed the cash and fled.

Police say the employee was punched and received several cuts to her arm from what appeared to be a knife or edged weapon.

The suspect is described as possibly Hispanic in his mid-20’s with dark hair and a scruffy, unshaven face.

He was wearing baggy blue jeans and a blue/white flannel shirt.
