Minnesota Lawmaker at Center of Affair Scandal Says She’s Moving On

A Minnesota lawmaker cited for making out with a fellow Republican legislator says she’s moving past the incident and isn’t discussing any details.

Rep. Tara Mack and Rep. Tim Kelly were cited by a Dakota County park ranger for making out in a car, allegedly while her pants were pulled down.

Mack says she still disagrees with some of the ranger’s account.

She has declined to answer questions about the Dakota County sheriff’s account of what happened.

Mack says she’s focused on her family and work and is still deciding whether to seek re-election.
