Mayville Man Arrested for Fleeing from Police in Two States

A Mayville man is jailed in Fargo after a lengthy pursuit with Minnesota and North Dakota state troopers.

40-year-old David Schiebe was arrested after running out of gas near Tower City.

A trooper had tried to stop Schiebe in Moorhead for a traffic violation.

The pursuit covered between 80 and 100 miles and lasted about an hour.

Schiebe face charges for driving under the influence of drugs, fleeing and other charges.

He was previously charged in 2007 for reckless endangerment and fleeing police.
