Pig and a Pint: An Evening of Swine Dining

Fine dining and pig skin don’t usually go hand in hand.

But producers of the the Bacon and Beer Festival made it happen.

Four local restaurants were given one hog and one week to make their most creative dishes and they rose to the challenge…pig noodles, pig skin and good old fashioned ribs were just some of the dishes offered.

And what’s a meal without a local beer from Fargo’s very best brew masters.

This was the first year for the event.
