Bresciani Gives State of the University

The president of NDSU wants to see enrollment climb to 18,000 students in the next five years.

The university currently has around 14,500 students.

In his State of the University address, President Bresciani says that enrollment goal is one of three targets to achieve status in the Association of American Universities.

It’s an elite group of 62 universities across the country.

“I believe our scholarly performance already more than meets their standards and increased endowments and academic activities, AAU membership will become possible at some foreseeable point in the future,” says NDSU President Dean Bresciani.

Bresciani also highlighted accomplishments from the past year, including receiving the largest scholarship in school history from Doosan Bobcat.
